At Charlie 1 Horse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the hat in its original box to prevent crushing and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
